Ensera Design Bolsters Leadership Team With New Appointments to Drive Healthcare Product Innovation
Ensera Design, an award-winning healthcare product innovation consultancy with studios in the UK and USA, has announced the expansion of its UK leadership team to support its continued growth and evolving client needs.

Maartje Pel joins as Research and Design Director, and Ben Arlett has been promoted to Technical Director, joining existing leaders Kerry Briggs (Vice President of Design and Development, Europe) and Sam Reeves (Operations Director). Tamsin Chambers, Head of People, also joins the leadership team as part of her new global remit.
The appointments follow the launch of the Ensera Design brand in October 2025, reflecting the team’s expanded design expertise, international footprint, and capability in design to manufacturing as part of the wider Ensera Group.
In addition to the leadership changes, Oliver North has joined the business as Head of Engineering, bringing further depth to Ensera Design’s cross-functional technical team.

Ben Arlett, who has been with Ensera Design for seven years, brings significant diagnostics experience and a track record of delivering regulated, market-ready medical products.
