Custom solutions

Within our manufacturing capabilities we can offer bespoke design. The equipment and tooling used in the production of our miniature components gives us full control and flexibility to fulfil your requirements.

We work with you from concept to full production including design, prototyping and test procedures. Our bespoke product design service includes:

• Project specification to understand your requirements and product application
• Component and part selection based on the correct materials’ specification
• Prototype sample production with associated function and quality testing


Agile and responsive Cleanroom assembly:

We operate ISO accredited 7, 8 & 9 cleanrooms which can be used as a stand-alone service or alongside our component range.
Our facilities are fully certified to meet your needs, for both assembly and testing. With a scalable operation, we deliver small production runs through to high volume production capability.



Tube and manifold assemblies

With a range of connection options for our tube sub-assemblies we are able to provide customised solutions for flow control applications.
We provide manifold assemblies in a variety of materials including acrylic, aluminium and stainless steel.


Inspection and testing:

The West Group has multiple inspection methods ranging from the latest image measurement equipment. We offer pressure, flow and leak decay testing for both liquid and gaseous applications. If required we can work with you to design the perfect test for your application.
