Air Pressure Regulators and Controllers for Tubing Extrusion

On Line Controls, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of air pressure regulators and controllers used in the free extrusion of plastic medical, catheter, single lumen, multi-lumen, bump, profile and taper tubing.  The MicroAir holds pressure to a set point. Designed to provide the most accurate and precise air pressure regulation at ranges below 5 psi.  Our units provide consistent pressure for maintaining critical dimensions during tubing extrusion.

MODELS

•    MicroAir I, regulator, manual model;

•    MicroAir II, controller accepts contact closure up/down inputs; and
•    MicroAir IV, high speed programmable controller with 0-10 volt input from your system, and has dual preset switching for bump and taper tubing.

Multi-channel units are available for multi-lumen tubing. Options available include digital display; voltage or current outputs; and remote control unit.

We offer the lowest pressure ranges of any air regulators (0-5 psi max). Meters are available in psi, inches of water, mbar, and kpa.
